add FAQ, pro ver vs advertised upgrade, differnce?

would like to see an offline FAQ as clicking help just links to the web page advertisement.
some clarification as to what improvements are included in buying the $25 or $40 upgrade as I couldn't find what exactly I'd be getting.
Speed: it says that it is blazing fast but I have yet to see it rip a 1:1 in under 2 hours, its faster than winX but much much slower than AnyDVD HD, how do I access those blazing fast ripping speeds, is that something that you get by purchasing the upgrade?
